I gratefully accepted both their offers. Vice chancellors, professors and guest speakers from other universities come and stay in the executive club of the university, so its quality should be very good in every respect, but after coming here, it was found that the conditions of the living rooms and bathrooms are very bad, there is an urgent need to improve them. One of the reasons for our downfall is that we as a nation neither give importance to education nor honor to the teacher. Our rulers have put all privileges and powers in the hands of incompetent bureaucracy, they have the keys to the treasury, they can turn their offices into seven star hotels and turn their rest houses into palaces if they want, and they are doing so. I have heard that more than 670 million rupees have been spent on the renovation and improvement of officers' rest house located in GOR of Lahore. The Punjab government should also allocate some funds for Punjab University. The time of the writing ceremony was set at two o'clock in Waheed Shaheed Hall of the University. Apart from the vice chancellor, the speakers who discussed the books included Dr. Basira Ambrin, the head of the Urdu Department and Dr. Amanullah, the principal of the University Law College, as well as former federal secretary Shamail Ahmed Khawaja and former CCPO Lahore Chaudhry Shafiq Ahmed.
