The lady wardens of Lahore Traffic Police led the rally. On this occasion, CTO Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi said that the promotion of cycling can play an important role in reducing air pollution and creating a healthy society. Citizens prefer bicycles instead of motorbikes and cars for short distances to reduce environmental pollution. He said that responsibility must be shown at the individual and collective level to remedy smog, because the fight against smog is not only the responsibility of government institutions, but every citizen has to play his role.
