Spiritual Heritage of Pasrur: The Shrines of Baba Mastan Shah, Pir Fazal Shah, and Ancient Pilgrim Routes. 📌 Important spiritual and historical facts (authentic records): Durbar Imam Meeran Bakhru: The oldest shrine of Pasrur city, on which Kalan Dome and the historic Nogza shrine are located, which has been a special and general reference for centuries. Darbar Hazrat Gulu Shah (Korike, Tehsil Pasrur): According to the British Gazetteer, the largest fair and Urs of Sialkot district was held on 7th Asu where fifty thousand pilgrims participated. Darbar Shah Darya Diwan: The solemn shrine in Pasrur's Eastern Cemetery (Mai Tabi), where traditionally the historic Chiraghan and Mela were held on 15th Savan. Pir Jahanian and Dilshad Pasruri: The dargah located near the Hasht Pehlu Pond in the western cemetery, in which the famous Persian poet of the subcontinent, Dilshad Pasruri, is buried. Darbar Imam Meeran Bakhroor: The oldest spiritual center of Pasrur In the internal ancient history of Pasrur city, the most reliable and revered shrine is that of Hazrat Imam Miran Bakhru. The mausoleum is centuries old and right next to his grave lies an unusually tall tomb traditionally known as "Nogza Peer". Above the shrine there is a magnificent high dome construction, which historical evidence suggests that during the Mughal era, the well-known Sufi Shah Doula Daryai of Gujarat or the local Mughal ruler had the massive building and dome constructed. Imam Sahib's shrine has been a center of prosperity and spiritual guidance for centuries not only in Pasrur city but also for Kakezai, Bajwa and Kashmiri families in the surrounding area. Darbar of Hazrat Gulu Shah (Mawak Korike): Authentic Testimony of Gazetteer of Sialkot The largest fair and court with officially documented history in Tehsil Pasrur is that of Hazrat Gulu Shah, which is located in Koreke, a village near Pasrur. The Gazetteer of the Sialkot District (1883-84 edition, page 108 and 1920 edition, page 65) compiled by the British Government clearly states: "The tomb of Gulu Shah, a faqir, at Koreke in the Pasrur tehsil, is the scene of an immense annual fair held on the 7th of Asu (September-October). It is attended by upwards of 40,000 to 50,000 people and constitutes the largest combined cattle and religious fair in the entire district. Translation: "The shrine of Dervish Gulu Shah at village Kurike in Tehsil Pasrur is the center of a grand annual fair held every year on 7 Asu. It is attended by forty to fifty thousand people and is the largest commercial and religious gathering in the entire district. Gulu Shah was a distinguished saint whose langar and prayers brought blessings to farmers and traders, and this fair was famous throughout the Rachna Doab. Shah Darya Dewan, Syed Jalal Shah Bukhari and Pir Jhangi Shah Khaki The mausoleum of Hazrat Shah Darya Diwan is Marja-e-Khalaiq in the historical graveyard of Mai Tabi on the eastern side of Pasrur. Lamps were lit here every Thursday and a colorful fair was traditionally held on 15th of Savan. Apart from this, there is a shrine of Syed Jalal Shah Bukhari in Mohalla Dobarji and a shrine of Shah Babin (Shah Ibn) on the way to the railway station. While in the north of Kacha Talab and on the Pasrur-Gujranwala highway, there is the ancient monastery of Pir Jhangi Shah Khaki, which is mentioned in the gazetteer in connection with the annual fair of the month of June.
