Barrister Taimur Malik further said that the jail authorities have taken Shah Mahmood Qureshi's blood sample and sent it to Shaukat Khanum Hospital, on the advice of Dr. Yasmin Rashid, they are filing a request for his CT scan and treatment. A few days ago, Noreen Khan Niazi, sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, was transferred from the jail to the hospital after her condition worsened in Kot Lakhpat Jail. Lawyer Rana Mudassar Umar had said that Noreen Niazi suffered from heart trouble and was shifted from jail to Punjab Cardiology where preliminary tests were done.
