The meeting was chaired by Member Planning and Development CDA Muhammad Umair. The first tower is 45 storeys, proposed to be constructed at Blue Area Plot No. 13, Sector F-8/G-8. Covering an area of approximately 557,641 square feet, the building will have five underground floors for parking, while commercial outlets on the ground floor, restaurants on certain floors, residential apartments and penthouses on the upper floors. The second tower is proposed at Blue Area Plot No. 09, Sector F-9/G-9, which will have a height of about 580 feet and 42 storeys. According to CDA, these projects will help in promoting vertical construction, investment and commercial activities in Islamabad.
