According to Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, the money is in addition to the NFC award money and this money should be spent in 3 sectors in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that the capacity of civil institutions including the police will be improved in KP, health, education, sanitation situation will be improved in KP, PTI's incomplete development projects of 12 years period will be completed, more than half of KP160 billion should be spent on the affected districts. Tariq Fazal claimed that in 3 to 6 months, terrorism will be eradicated from 12 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, these districts will be completely cleared of terrorists, all operations against terrorism will be intelligence-based, but displacement of local population will not be a part of these operations, after the end of terrorism, the administration should be handed over to the civil administration.
